The process is very simple! Contact us via phone or e-mail to let us know your phone or tablet is on its way.
Send your phone to us along with your name, address, phone number and email address. Once we receive your phone, we will confirm the problem and contact you with pricing and payment options (we accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal *). We normally complete all mail in repairs within 24 hours of receipt.
We do not charge extra for our mail in service, the only added cost is return shipping for your device. You can choose to from Fedex Ground, Fedex 2nd day air or Fedex Overnight.
We highly recommend using a trackable service to ship your phone to us (Due to recent delivery delays, we do not recommend using the postal service). Please be sure to pack your phone / tablet securely.
